About Founder
BEFORE
Samir Burdzovic is the founder of GetDrivers.ai, owner of Elysium Enterprise, and former founder of Shine Truck Leads (2015). His story starts behind the wheel—driving trucks for four years as a company driver and then as an owner-operator. Like many drivers, he hit the ceiling: long hours, no growth, no freedom.
In 2019, Samir said enough. He parked the truck, launched Shine Truck Leads, and over the next six years generated thousands of drivers for more than 100 trucking companies, while managing $4.5M+ in ad spend. At one point, his team of recruiters was filling trucks daily for carriers across the U.S.
Then came 2022—the AI breakthrough. Samir saw what others missed: the same tasks recruiters were doing manually (data collection, follow-ups, lead nurturing) could now be automated. While most carriers are still stuck in the past, Samir’s team is already deploying AI into fleets of 100–500 trucks—crushing the market.
